Yes — after-hours is the standard for Sydney commercial office cleaning. We service evenings (typically 6pm-10pm), early mornings (4am-7am), weekends, and public holidays. Overnight service is available for 24/7 operations. Most offices prefer evening cleans Mon-Fri so the workspace is fresh each morning without any disruption to staff.

Every EverClean team member is police-checked and signs a confidentiality undertaking. For sensitive sites (legal, medical, finance), we operate "do not touch" protocols where desks are not cleared and only floor and bin services are performed at the workstation. Yes. All cleaning chemicals, microfibres, mop systems, vacuums, and standard equipment are supplied by EverClean and included in the quoted price. Consumables (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towel, bin liners) are typically supplied by the client at cost, but we can source these for you if preferred. For medical and childcare sites, all specialist TGA-listed disinfectants are included.

Yes. Every EverClean commercial office cleaning contract is month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. We do not use lock-in contracts. If you are not satisfied within the first month we will return and re-clean at no charge OR release you from the contract immediately, your choice. Our retention rate exceeds 96% precisely because we never need to lock clients in.

For standard offices (under 500 m², common access, after-hours acceptable), we can typically start within 7 days of quote acceptance. For larger or specialist sites (medical, secure, government, after-hours-only access), allow 10-14 days for induction, key handover, and team scheduling.
