Will the carpet be wet after cleaning?▾
Yes, but for a short time. Hot-water extraction leaves carpet damp for 4-6 hours. Encapsulation cleans dry in 30-60 minutes. Bonnet cleans dry in 1-2 hours. We use professional air-movers to reduce dry time and minimise downtime. After-hours cleaning means most offices return to fully-dry carpet by the next morning.
Can you remove old stains and high-traffic discolouration?▾
Most modern stains (under 3-6 months old) are removable. Older stains may improve significantly but not completely disappear. High-traffic discolouration in walkways often requires multiple treatments or carpet rejuvenation. We assess every stain before treatment and provide honest feedback — we will not promise removal we cannot deliver. Specialist enzyme treatment is available for biological, ink, and oil-based stains.
What chemicals do you use? Are they safe for staff and clients?▾
